Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions focusing on a range of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to executive functioning.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to implement integrated treatment approaches.

  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, following organizational policies and best practices.

  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, staying current with training and workshops to uphold the highest standards of care.

  • Respond to varying caseload demands, triaging priorities as necessary to ensure high-quality services are consistently delivered.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing behavioral health support for young people and teenagers who face various mental health challenges. These include emotional distress, behavioral issues, and the psychological impacts of life transitions and stressors. Our counselors are trained to approach each young client with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space where they can openly discuss their feelings and challenges.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • \n
  • Possession of an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
  • \n
  • Strong clinical skills with an ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, particularly younger populations.

  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members.

  • Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while handling a high caseload.

  • Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
