Responsibilities Acts as a client advocate in the Person-Centered Planning process regarding health issues, under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing/health plans of developmentally disabled clients. Performs professional nursing tasks and case consultation with prescribers/psychiatrists. Performs related work as required. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds to transport supplies/equipment and to move or position clients. Additional Requirements As third‑party insurance may be billed by this position, employee must meet third‑party requirements in accordance with professional scope of practice. Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and use of a vehicle during work hours, including for the transport of clients.
