MEDICAL STAFF SERVICES DIRECTOR

The Medical Staff Services Director is responsible for the overall organization, coordination and administration of the Medical Staff Services Department and Professional Staff Library, for supervising Medical Staff Services Staff, and for maintaining Medical Staff Services operations in compliance with licensing, regulating and accrediting authorities. Will act as the consultative advisor to the Chief of Staff. The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of the Hospital’s services and programs to physicians and serves as the physician liaison with the Hospital. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related health or management field preferred; and Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Medical Staff office, with at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity; and Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) Position Pay Range: $97,260.80 - $141,024.00/year In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, El Centro Regional Medical Center (ECRMC) posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
