Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• State radiologic technologist license required. Limited licenses are not accepted. Compact privileges are not acceptable.
• Valid driver's license in good standing in the applicable state.
• Maintain required state licenses, ARRT certification, health requirements, and operational requirements throughout employment.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing portable/mobile X-ray exams. Experience in nursing homes, long-term care, home health, or mobile imaging preferred.
• Ability to lift/push/pull equipment up to 50100 lbs with frequent occurrences during a shift.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 is required or submission of approved exemption documentation.
• Ability to perform and transmit EKGs when required.

Position Details:

• Location: San Francisco, CA. Facility type: Home Health / Mobile X-Ray serving nursing homes and healthcare facilities in the East Bay and surrounding areas.
• Shift: Flex shifts. AM, PM, evenings, weekends. Weekend requirements to be discussed at interview.
• Role: Provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to nursing homes and other care facilities using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment. Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment into facilities. Obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent images. Maintain vehicle and equipment. Communicate with dispatch, management, clients, and peers. Scan and transmit exam paperwork per protocol.
