We let our personalities shine, and we enjoy having fun.The JobThe Regional Director of Finance provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of hotels within an assigned region. This role partners closely with Regional Operations, General Managers, Ownership Groups, and Corporate Leadership to drive profitability, ensure financial integrity, and support long-term asset value growth.Please note: This role must be flexible with travel and available for on-site placement at hotel properties as needed, with assignment lengths varying.The OfferIn return, you are rewarded with a competitive compensation package including competitive pay, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401k plan with employer matching, Paid Time Off, Holidays, Complimentary meals, and Discounted Food & Hotel Discounts at Noble House Hotels & Resorts nationwide.RequirementsTo be successful as a Regional Director of Finance you:8+ years of progressive hotel finance/accounting experience, including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts, ideally in a decentralized accounting model.
