Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Pending South Carolina license acceptable at time of submission
• Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must be able to float to other units and campuses as needed based on census concerns
• Work with patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Provide radiation therapy treatments using various equipment including TrueBeam, Siemens systems
• Perform external beam therapy, IMRT, stereotactic radiosurgery, and CT simulation
• Handle emergency cases and various cancer treatments including prostate, pancreatic, and pediatric cancers
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Associate degree in radiation therapy required
• Prior experience in progressive radiation oncology department preferred
