Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home Health experience
• HCHB experience
• DPT required

Assignment Details

• Full-time schedule
• No on-call or weekend requirement
• Coverage area includes Olympia and the surrounding area
• Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
• Responsibilities include OASIS, admits, evaluations, discharges, and overseeing PTA
