By joining ASI, you become an integral part of a team that is revolutionizing how the world moves, operates, and automates.SummaryWe are hiring Mechatronics QA Engineers at Levels I through III to join our Quality Assurance Team. These roles focus on ensuring the quality of ASI's autonomous mechatronic systems through extensive testing, debugging, and analysis. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to validate integrated system performance, identify defects, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. ResponsibilitiesExecute manual test cases on mechatronic systems in lab and field environments.Support basic troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software components.Maintain documentation and assist with test protocols.Report bugs and defects using test case management tools.Participate in scrum meetings and support test setup and teardown.Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for integrated systems.Conduct root cause analysis of system-level defects.Support user-acceptance testing and performance validation.Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams.Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA process development.Required Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience in QA/testing mechatronic systems.Proficiency with test design, bug tracking, and component integration validation.Experience across mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems testing.Exposure to scripting tools (e.g., Python, Bash) and data analysis techniques.Travel RequirementsUp to 20% travel for field test leadership, customer interaction, and validation initiatives. At Autonomous Solutions, Inc.
