Ambulatory OB/GYN RN: Patient-Centered Leader

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide ambulatory nursing care to a defined patient group and coordinate services across the care continuum. The nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with the health care team while adhering to organization policies and the Nursing Code of Ethics.
