Position Overview

We are seeking a well-rounded, skilled tradesman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone experienced across multiple trades who is comfortable working in occupied residential environments and delivering clean, high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform drywall installation, patching, and repairs
• Match and apply texture finishes seamlessly
• Complete interior painting and touch-ups
• Install and repair flooring (LVP, laminate, hardwood preferred)
• Perform finish carpentry (trim, baseboards, doors, cabinetry adjustments)
• Handle general repair tasks in residential settings
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, especially in occupied homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in drywall, texture, and paint repair
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Flooring installation and repair experience
• General handyman or multi-trade background
• Experience working in occupied homes (highly preferred)
• Carpet repair or installation experience (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
