As an Executive Director, you lead all aspects of community operations, driving financial performance, team engagement, resident well-being and regulatory compliance while ensuring an exceptional resident and family experience.What You'll Do:Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and complianceDrive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioningManage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goalsRecruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team membersDeliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellenceEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standardsPartner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-insBuild strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sourcesLead team engagement, culture and performance managementWhat You'll Bring:Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experienceProven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performanceStrong P&L, budgeting and business management skillsExperience leading teams and managing performanceSales and customer relationship experience preferredStrong leadership, communication and decision-making skillsPassion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teamsPay Range: 115,000.00 - 171,080.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
