Role Overview

At Pepe’s, great service is what keeps guests coming back. We’re looking for energetic and friendly Servers and Bartenders who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.

Job Description

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
Take and deliver food and drink orders quickly and accurately
Help guests with menu recommendations and answer questions
Handle payments and transactions with accuracy
Keep service and bar areas clean, stocked, and organized
Work with your team to keep everything running smoothly
Assist with opening, closing, and daily tasks
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications

Valid ATC Permit (or willingness to obtain)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Great communication and people skills
Dependable and team-oriented
Basic math and cash-handling skills

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous serving or bartending experience
Experience with POS systems
Knowledge of food, drinks, or restaurant operations
