I opened my agency on January 1st, 2017, and today were a strong team of five. As a proud University of Washington alum, Ive built this office around one core belief: we win together. Whether its winning for the office, for our customers, or for each team member and their family, collaboration is the heartbeat of our culture. What truly sets my agency apart is the unique dynamic of working alongside my brothers office in the same building and staying closely connected with my fathers agency. With three offices working together, our team has access to multiple sources of training, mentorship, and support. It creates an environment rich with knowledge, diverse experience, and shared success. Before becoming an agent, I was a team member myself, so I understand firsthand what it takes to thrive in this role. As an Account Representative for EJ Silvers State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
