Ethnix Group is seeking a high-energy, bilingual Onsite Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts with a primary focus on our Transportation team and CDL-A drivers, while supporting hiring across warehouse, operations, sales, and corporate functions.

This role is critical to ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate thrives in hands-on recruiting, enjoys being embedded with operations teams, and knows how to build strong pipelines for high-demand roles.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for recruiting, including: CDL-A drivers and DOT-regulated roles
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for driver markets and hard-to-fill positions
• Partner closely with Transportation and Operations leaders to meet fleet staffing goals
• Ensure compliance with DOT hiring requirements and screening processes
• Build and maintain driver talent pipelines through community outreach, referrals, and industry networks

Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition (All Functions)

• Manage recruiting lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding
• Recruit for warehouse, logistics, operations, sales, and corporate roles
• Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring steps, and drive timely hiring decisions
• Support hiring managers with workforce planning and recruiting strategies

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, referrals, and community partnerships
• Create compelling job postings and targeted recruiting campaigns
• Represent Ethnix Group at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
• Strengthen employer brand in local and regional markets

Onboarding & Hiring Experience

• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through day one
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers

Data, Reporting & Operations Support

• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and workforce needs
• Manage job postings, recruiting spend, and vendor relationships
• Provide insights to leadership on hiring progress and challenges

What We’re Looking For

✅ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
✅ Experience recruiting for Transportation, CDL-A drivers, Logistics, Warehouse, or Distribution environments
✅ Strong understanding of DOT regulations and driver hiring practices
✅ Proven ability to manage high-volume, frontline recruiting in a fast-paced setting
✅ Experience with recruiting platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn) and ATS systems
✅ Strong relationship-building skills with frontline leaders and cross-functional teams
✅ Hands-on, onsite presence with the ability to travel locally as needed
✅ Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve hiring outcomes
