Commercial HVAC Service Technician $28-$38/Hour + Spiffs & Bonuses | 40+ Hours | Overtime Available Houston, TX Environmental Air Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Houston-area field team. The Work This is a hands-on commercial service position for a technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and tackling challenging mechanical and refrigeration problems. You’ll work with a variety of commercial systems, including: Chilled water systems Commercial package units Low-temperature refrigeration Ice machines Commercial HVAC equipment Other mechanical and refrigeration systems Key Responsibilities Diagnose equipment failures and determine effective repair solutions. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and refrigeration-related issues. Complete service repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial equipment. Evaluate equipment performance and identify potential problems. Service and troubleshoot chilled water and refrigeration systems. Accurately document service calls, repairs, and equipment information using company technology. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers. Maintain a professional approach while representing Environmental Air Systems in the field. Work alongside other technicians and team members to maintain high service standards. Compensation & Hours We offer competitive hourly pay along with additional opportunities to increase your earnings. $28-$38 per hour , based on experience Performance-based spiffs and bonuses Monday-Friday schedule 40+ hours per week Overtime available as needed Automatic overtime pay for work performed before 6:00 AM or after 6:00 PM What You Bring We’re looking for an experienced commercial technician with the technical foundation to independently diagnose and service a variety of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
