Radiology Coding Specialist II
Insight Global is seeking a Radiology Coding Specialist II for one of our healthcare clients. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a leading health system's revenue cycle operations.
This role is ideal for an experienced medical coder with a strong background in Radiology coding, CPT, ICD-10, and compliance guidelines. The Coding Specialist will review medical records, assign accurate codes, and ensure documentation supports compliant reimbursement and coding practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and modifier codes for radiology services.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure compliant coding and reimbursement.
- Apply NCCI edits, payer guidelines, and coding regulations.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and documentation issues.
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to support coding accuracy.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards in a remote environment.
