About the Opportunity

Momentum Distribution Inc. is the authorized distributor of Golden Eagle Energy Drink and is building the brand throughout the U.S. market, beginning with aggressive expansion across Arizona.

We are looking for a highly experienced, energetic, competitive, and entrepreneurial Arizona Market Sales Manager who wants more than another sales job.

We are looking for a market builder .

The right candidate will take ownership of developing Golden Eagle’s presence throughout Arizona—opening new accounts, growing existing business, developing strategic relationships, identifying major opportunities, and helping us build and lead a high-performance sales team.

This is an opportunity to get involved early with an emerging beverage brand and have a direct impact on its growth.

Your Mission

Your primary objective is simple:

Build Golden Eagle Energy Drink into a major beverage brand throughout Arizona.

You will be responsible for developing relationships and generating business across both On-Premise and Off-Premise channels , including:

·         Convenience stores and gas stations

·         Independent and regional retailers

·         Grocery and specialty retail

·         Restaurants and restaurant groups

·         Bars and nightlife venues

·         Hotels and resorts

·         Country clubs

·         Entertainment and event venues

·         Gyms and fitness facilities

·         Distributors and wholesalers

·         Other strategic beverage accounts

This is not a traditional route-sales position .

You will be expected to create opportunities, open doors, develop accounts, negotiate placements, build relationships with decision-makers, and help establish Golden Eagle throughout the Arizona market.

What You’ll Do

·         Prospect, develop, negotiate, and close new accounts throughout Arizona

·         Build relationships with owners, operators, beverage buyers, purchasing managers, distributors, and other key decision-makers

·         Develop major strategic and regional accounts

·         Increase product placement, distribution, visibility, and sales volume

·         Grow existing accounts and create repeat business

·         Build and maintain an active sales pipeline

·         Identify new channels and market opportunities

·         Conduct product presentations, tastings, sampling events, and account meetings

·         Negotiate product placements, displays, promotions, and other sales opportunities

·         Develop territory-specific sales strategies with company leadership

·         Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to gain market share

·         Recruit, train, mentor, and help manage additional sales representatives as the Arizona operation expands

·         Establish sales processes that can eventually be replicated in additional markets

·         Represent Golden Eagle professionally and enthusiastically throughout the Arizona beverage industry

·         Report directly to company leadership on pipeline, account growth, opportunities, challenges, and results

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to build business , not simply maintain an existing territory.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         10+ years of successful sales, business development, territory management, or key-account experience preferred

·         Strong beverage, CPG, foodservice, hospitality, distribution, grocery, convenience-store, or retail experience

·         An established network of relationships within the Arizona market is highly preferred

·         Proven ability to prospect and open new accounts

·         Experience developing territories and increasing market penetration

·         Experience negotiating with buyers and key decision-makers

·         Strong understanding of On-Premise and Off-Premise beverage sales

·         Experience managing, mentoring, or developing sales representatives

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·         Strong organizational skills and disciplined follow-up

·         An entrepreneurial mentality and willingness to help build a business from the ground up

·         The ability to operate independently while working closely with company leadership

Compensation & Performance Incentives

We believe exceptional salespeople should be exceptionally rewarded.

This position is designed with a strong base salary while providing significant upside for producing results.

Base Salary: $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience, industry relationships, and demonstrated sales performance.

Target Total Compensation: $140,000–$175,000+

Exceptional performers can earn $200,000+ annually.

The performance compensation package may include:

·         Commission on personally generated net collected sales

·         New-account acquisition bonuses

·         Major/key-account bonuses

·         Performance and growth bonuses

·         Team sales overrides as the Arizona sales organization expands

·         Annual performance incentives

For the right candidate, Momentum Distribution may also consider a long-term performance incentive or profit-sharing opportunity tied to the successful growth of the Arizona market.
