Position / Specialty: RN - Ambulatory Care Shift: 5x8s, 8a-430p. Monday - Friday Call Requirements: N/A Weekend Requirement: N/A RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. Guaranteed Hours: 40 Years of experience REQ: 2 years required. Certs REQ: BLS Locals accepted: Yes - locals only. Must live within 75 miles of the facility. Pending License accepted: No Special Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Clinic Highlights Scrub Color: Any solid color Charting: Cerner Parking Cost: Limited parking at Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC). Must show CCH Badge for entry. (A shuttle runs every 15 minutes between Professional Building, Stroger and JTDC). Alternative options - Stroger Hospital Parking Garage or Metered Street Parking. Public Transit highly recommended.
