This opportunity is Onsite. #LI-Onsite The Role The Country finance controller is a key member of the Regional Financial Controller team. The role ensures full compliance with external financial reporting requirements and upholds strong financial governance across the country. It provides focused stewardship of the country balance sheet, including working capital, cash and intercompany activity. Acting as the finance lead for the country, the role is accountable for developing high‑performing local finance teams and for delivering accurate external, monthly and quarterly reporting across all entities within the country. The position also plays a critical role in financial forecasting and budgeting that informs Business Unit and Business Group performance. The role maintains accountability for regional internal controls and broader governance. This position may be based in any Wood office location across the USA.
