To drive carrier engagement and optimize partnerships, the full-time Senior Director of Carrier Relations will manage relationships with key P&C carrier partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives to maximize growth and profitability in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement platform-specific strategies to enhance carrier relationships and optimize appointments Analyze carrier performance metrics and market trends to drive informed decision-making Serve as the key liaison for platform-level carrier issues, ensuring offices maximize available carrier resources Required Qualifications: Deep background in brokerage operations and carrier relationship management Minimum of 10+ years of senior-level experience, preferably within a brokerage Strong understanding of complex insurance products in the specific geographic region Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers and internal stakeholders Experience leveraging analytics to assess carrier performance and drive solutions
