We're seeking an energetic, dependable and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator t o join our growing team in Stamford and Westport .

This is much more than a front desk position. You are the face of our clinics and play a critical role in delivering the exceptional patient experience that sets Gameday apart. This part-time position (3-4 days per week) may require working at both clinic locations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients with professionalism, enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.
• Answer phones, text messages and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow.
• Educate patients on our services, memberships and billing.
• Process payments and recurring memberships.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate records in patient EMR
• Assist with social media content, patient engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting clinic environment.
• Work closely with providers and staff to deliver an exceptional concierge patient experience.
• Think entrepreneurially in all aspects of day to day, seeking opportunity to improve efficiency, client experience or clinic performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment.
• Experience with scheduling software, electronic medical records or payment processing is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook is preferred.
• Detail oriented, tenacious
• Ability to work in Westport, Stamford and potential future locations and enterprises.
