Accounting Coordinator Details:

• Direct hire position
• $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 / annually
• First shift

• Process customer payments and assist with daily cash application
• Maintain accurate customer account records and update account information
• Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and account documentation
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on routine past-due balances
• Research payment discrepancies and help resolve billing questions
• Assist with new customer account setup and collection of credit references
• Support weekly accounts receivable reports and reconciliations
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding account status
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team and assist with special projects as needed

Accounting Coordinator Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related coursework preferred
• 1-2 years of accounting, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & VLOOKUP. ERP or accounting software experience preferred (Kerridge K8 a plus)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
• Ability to manage routine priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team
