We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Med Tech!Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available for Day and Swing shift!Your responsibilities as a Med Tech may include daily duties such as: • Reviewing and understanding the unique service plan for every assigned resident each shift • Assisting with bathing, dressing/undressing, and other activities of daily living • Answering call lights as soon as possible to ensure safety of residents • Escorting residents to and from apartments, activities, and dining rooms • In our memory care setting, CNA’s may prepare the dining room, take orders, and serve meals • Taking and documenting vital statistics • Performing medication assistance as directed by a licensed staffThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will: • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent • Have completed a state certified CNA or NAC course, with current certification in the state of Washington. Home Care Aide certificate is also acceptable, as it is current enrollment in a CNA training school • Med Techs must have Nurse Delegation completed and experience as a caregiver and/or Med Tech • Be willing to obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid Certification if you don’t already have one • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environmentBenefits:Touchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
