Eastern Iowa Area Manager

• Experience managing in a high-volume, quick service store.

• Individual who brings excitement and opportunity to engage with the team and guests.
• Demonstrates financial management, analytics
• planning and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and expertise
• Supports and supervises an effective self-inspection program
• Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
• Assists Managers with monitoring and maintaining the productivity level of Team Members
• Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy
• Assists Mangers with training and developing team
• Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork and passion for providing service
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand specific service culture
• Provides Exceptional Customer Service
• Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
• Provides information to Managers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
• Analyses information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to team members and guests at all times
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
• Leads local marketing initiatives and the recruitment, development and coaching of store managers.
• Oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf stores.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of store manager experience
• 2-3 years of area manager experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure
• Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring, ability to motivate others
• Serv Safe Certified with 60 days
