Position Summary

The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join its growing outpatient practice in Ocala, Florida .

This is a Monday-Friday, outpatient-only position offering a balanced patient volume, streamlined workflows, and support from experienced clinical staff and ancillary services.The incoming Neurologist will diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological conditions in a structured, well-equipped setting.

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a full spectrum of neurological disorders, including headaches, stroke follow-up, neuropathies, movement disorders, seizures/epilepsy, and cognitive conditions.
• Perform outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and neurological assessments.
• Collaborate closely with primary care teams, imaging services, and clinical support staff.
• Interpret neurological imaging and diagnostic studies (EEG, EMG preferred).
• Participate in quality initiatives, workflow optimization, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide patient education and long-term neurological management plans.

Qualifications
Education

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

Licensure & Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience

• Outpatient neurology experience preferred; new graduates with strong training are welcome.
