The Business Office Manager oversees the facility's business office functions and supports accurate financial, billing, payroll, employee, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate business office operations.

• Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and financial records.

• Maintain accurate resident and insurance information.

• Assist with payroll and employee-related administrative functions.

• Communicate with residents, families, vendors, and outside agencies.

• Maintain confidential records.

• Prepare reports and assist with audits.

• Ensure business office procedures follow facility policies and applicable regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.

• Previous healthcare business-office experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and computer skills.

• Knowledge of medical billing and long-term care preferred.

• Excellent attention to detail.
