Classroom Assistant & Front Office Support

We are seeking a dependable and flexible team member who will primarily work in the classrooms and provide support wherever needed throughout the school. This position requires someone who can confidently step into different classrooms, assist teachers, maintain appropriate ratios, and support the daily needs of children and staff. This is a split-shift position, with hours from 6:30 AM10:30 AM and 2:30 PM6:30 PM. This candidate will be responsible for school closing duties at the end of each day and must be comfortable ensuring the school is properly secured and ready for the following day. Additional responsibilities include school bus drop-off and pick-up, greeting and assisting families, and providing front-office support as needed. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced preschool environment, communicating professionally with families and staff, and seamlessly transitioning between classroom, transportation, and administrative responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in Early Childhood Education (CDA and/or Bachelor's preferred)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• At least 1 year experience in a preschool classroom or school environment and school administration
• A collaborative leader with a passion for child development and early learning
