The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsKLA is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Investor Relations and Market Analytics team, and CFO Staff. This is a high-expectation, high-visibility role for a polished operator who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities with precision, and execute flawlessly in a fast-paced public-company environment. The role is expected to be more than 50% of time spent on Investor Relations / Market Analytics coordination (this will be your core team) and the remainder reserved for flexible CFO Staff support. The use of AI and the willingness to learn AI best-practices will be a critical part of the role.Who Will ThriveA highly polished, service-oriented professional who is calm under pressure and trusted with confidential information.Someone who brings structure to ambiguity, anticipates executive needs, and consistently produces accurate, executive-ready work.A strong communicator with sound judgment who is comfortable interacting with senior leaders and cross-functional partners including other executive assistants responsible for supporting different executive teams and functions.A candidate who enjoys being behind the scenes but takes pride in making complex workflows run seamlessly.Those that have a growth mindset, have a lot of curiosity and are open to learning and implementing AI across the current workflow to drive improved performance and efficiency.Someone who is not afraid to use AI and learn how to best leverage AI to help the team with various tasks and objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the coordination of investor-facing logistics, including earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and site visits including investor bus tours.Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities for Investor Relations leadership and related activities.Support in the preparation of high-quality briefing materials, presentations, executive summaries, agendas, attendee lists, and follow-up documentation.Maintain rigorous control over investor and analyst contact lists, meeting trackers, CRM systems, and document organization.Provide disciplined support to the Market Analytics team by coordinating recurring deliverables, research workflows, meetings, and internal distributions.Support CFO Staff requests with urgency and precision, including action-item tracking, executive materials, and coordination of projects.The following are a list of examples of requirements or requests CFO staff members may have:Travel supportScheduling large group meetings and coordinating cateringExpense report supportCoordinating signatures managementOther general administrative tasksEnsure deliverables are polished, accurate, and on time, with meticulous attention to detail across every touchpoint.Build effective working relationships across Finance, Investor Relations, Market Analytics, Legal, Communications, and executive support teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting an Investor Relations function, Office of the CFO, or publicly traded company leadership team.Familiarity with earnings processes, investor conferences, CRM systems, and capital markets-related workflows.Experience in a semiconductor, technology, or similarly rigorous environment is a plus.3+ years of experience in executive support with exposure to finance or investor relations preferred.Demonstrated ability to support senior executives and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams without losing accuracy or responsiveness.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce polished executive-facing materials.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Familiarity with AI, including Microsoft Copilot and other LLMs.A proactive mindset, strong follow-through, and the confidence to anticipate issues before they become problems.Minimum QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience.Base Pay Range: $34.19 - $58.13 Per HourPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed.
