Dock Worker

Be part of our company as a Dockworker, where you will manage simple records and enter information accurately, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, and assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery. Additional duties include adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, learn company products and services to better assist others, work with supervisors to meet daily goals, coordinate with other departments when needed. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
