Logistics Coordinator

Tonawanda, Productive Transportation – Logistics Coordinator. $21–$23/hour. Productive Transportation Inc. has an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, energetic, outgoing, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in transportation, logistics, or inside sales is desired but not required. A four‑year degree is preferred but not required. Daily Tasks Receiving inbound phone calls/emails from customers and carriers. Making outbound phone calls/emails to customers and carriers. Scheduling appointments via TMS programs, web portals, email, and phone. Negotiating rates with carriers. Tracking and tracing shipments and obtaining proof of delivery for orders. Processing bills of lading. Collaborating with outside account representatives to meet and exceed customer requirements.
