What You'll Be Doing

• Performing put-away of incoming goods using industry best practices to optimize space and inventory accuracy.
• Packing and unpacking items for proper storage on warehouse shelves, ensuring correct labeling and placement.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and storage areas to comply with safety standards and promote operational efficiency.
• Inspecting stock items for wear, damage, or defects and promptly reporting issues to the warehouse manager.
• Conducting in-house product packaging tasks, including bagging and sleeving, in accordance with company specifications.
• Supporting a positive and collaborative work environment through professional communication with coworkers, management, and customers.

What We'll Need from You

• Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency, including typing and navigating internet-based software systems; experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal comprehension skills, with the ability to understand information presented in written and spoken form.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. The role requires regular standing, walking, sitting, handling, bending, and reaching.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and responsibility, consistently dependable in meeting job expectations.

Pay Range

• $15 - $16
