Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Service Technician - Will Train for a direct hire opportunity in Bellevue, WA. Key Responsibilities

- Learn the company’s product line, service procedures, and technical documentation through structured training.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate customer instruments and equipment.
- Diagnose equipment issues, determine appropriate repairs, and prepare service quotes and documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, repair status, and equipment needs.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and repair documentation.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, loaner equipment coordination, and occasional customer site visits for inspections.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $47,000 to $62,000 per year.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Location: Bellevue, WA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate customer instruments and equipment.
- Follow detailed service procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding repair status and service needs.
- Maintain accurate records while supporting shipping, receiving, and service coordination.

- 1 to 2 years of related hands-on experience preferred, including mechanical, repair, maintenance, assembly, or technical work.
- Mechanically inclined with strong curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide professional customer support.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step service instructions.
- Dependable, trustworthy, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior service technician, equipment repair, calibration, or technical service experience.
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, maintenance, electronics repair, facilities, construction, skilled trades, or equipment service.
- Technical education, vocational training, or related coursework.
- Bilingual Japanese or Spanish skills.
- Experience in food manufacturing, agriculture, beverage production, chemical, pharmaceutical, or clinical environments.
