The Senior Service Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work. This role serves as a technical lead on-site, mentoring junior technicians, supporting the Service Manager with operational tasks, and ensuring consistent quality and responsiveness in service delivery. The successful candidate will bring outstanding maintenance and customer service skills, as well as an enthusiastic spirit to ensure a first class resident experience. Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule Respond to on-call emergencies Chestnut Hill Realty is looking for a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician with at least 3 years’ experience to join the team.
