Position Overview: An active clinical practice is seeking a dedicated oral health specialist to administer thorough cleaning treatments and manage direct diagnostic assessments. The position focuses on delivering high standard patient care while building stable community relationships through interactive hygiene education.
Core Duties: Administer diagnostic structural reviews, scale calculus deposits, execute clinical polishing procedures, and document dental wellness developments directly into permanent digital medical records. Support common examination protocols by preparing operational tools and operating diagnostic radiographic equipment while following workplace protection rules.
Team Dynamics: Collaborate within a group oriented team environment alongside clinical practitioners to streamline patient processing workflows and preserve strict multi level instrument sterilization guidelines.
Community Integration: Interface openly with diagnostic demographics of varying age groupings to teach baseline flossing strategies and optimize continuous preventative home care habits.

full-time $45 - $52 per hour

Pay is configured on a standard hourly structure within the specified range based on clinical experience

Monday & Wednesday 8-5pm, Tuesday & Thursday 7-4pm, Fridays 7-12pm, only 2 Fridays a month working

• Licensed dental hygienist

License Requirement: Valid and active baseline credentialing as a Registered Dental Hygienist adhering strictly to state guidelines
Clinical Competencies: Comprehensive mastery of preventative oral cleaning techniques, clinical scaling, therapeutic polishing, and dental anatomy concepts

Experience Level: Background exposure within a collaborative general family oral medical environment is helpful but not mandatory
