The Greens at Weaverville is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team for weekend shifts .

• Additional $3/hour weekend shift differential
  (on top of existing shift differentials)

As an LPN or RN , you will:

• Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice

• Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly

• Support and oversee Nursing Assistants as appropriate

• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards

• Help create a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment

• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Current CPR Certification

• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused

• Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts
