Salary: $139,950.00 - $167,750.00 (US Dollar)

Position: Chief Programs Officer (Permanent, Full‑time)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for all programs and projects within the company.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead and manage a team of program managers and coordinators.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of programs and projects.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for program growth and development.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders on program performance and progress.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Chief Programs Officer or similar position.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing programs and projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
