Title
Registered Nurse - Telemetry / Med-Surg

Schedule
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Floating: Yes - within facility and scope of practice as needed

Requirements
- RN licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission
- Minimum: 1 year RN experience (1st-timers accepted)
- Charge experience requested (preferred)
- Telemetry / Med-Surg experience noted/preferred
- Required: BLS
- Charting system: Epic (required)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population, focusing on Med-Surg and telemetry needs.
- Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes in health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
- Participate in rapid response and code team situations as needed.

Compliance / Notes
- Orientation: 36 hours, including modules that are non-billable but factored into orientation hours.
- RTO (request time off): Maximum 7 days per contract; RTO blackout: Spring Break (April 4-12).
- Holiday expectation: If 1 major holiday falls in assignment - expected to work it; if 2 - expected to work both; if 3 - expected to work two.
