Uses technical publications or automated systems in maintaining vehicles to prescribed manufacturers' maintenance schedules and for researching parts. Properly annotates all maintenance and labor performed in maintenance management software.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair tractors and trailers. Perform annual/systematic 90 day inspections (trailers) on equipment as required. Must possess at least 1 year of experience with general knowledge of tractor and trailer maintenance, DOT rules and regulations, company policies and procedures. R-Stamp Certified (Able to weld 2G, 3G, 4G and other welding needs on equipment). Must have 1 plus years of TIGEducation and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent vocational school required At least 1 year related experience required.Additional Job InformationPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, Hours depend on location.Company InformationWork Environment: The shop has a climate similar to outdoor weather.
