Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans for emergency department patients
• Float to ICU or other units as needed based on departmental needs
• Document patient information and care accurately using EPIC electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of California
• Minimum of one year of RN experience within the last 24 months
• Acute critical care experience within the last 12 months, or EMT/ED Tech experience with a minimum of 2 years in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Emergency Room and ICU clinical experience strongly preferred
• MICN certification (or willingness to obtain within one year)
• NRP, TNCC, and/or CEN certifications encouraged
