Our clinicians work closely with families and, when appropriate, other professionals involved in the child’s care to promote consistency and meaningful progress across settings. Role Description This full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is based in Greater Los Angeles, CA. The BCBA will assess children’s behavioral, social, and communication needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions. Daily responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, modeling interventions, monitoring treatment fidelity, and adjusting programs based on ongoing data collection and analysis. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with other clinicians, and providing parent and caregiver education to support generalization of skills at home and in the community. The BCBA will also maintain accurate documentation, uphold ethical standards, and participate in team meetings and case reviews to ensure high-quality, family-centered care. We are specifically looking for a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to work side by side with our Clinical Directors as we continue to grow. We look forward to having you join our team to support the families and children of our community. Responsibilities Design, development, and implement treatment plans for our clients. Meeting with supervisees (i.e., behavioral technicians) and providing weekly supervision. Assist with program development. Collaborate with families and other professionals who are involved in the cases (e.g. speech pathologists, occupational therapists, educators, etc.) Write progress notes and reports. Administer assessments for clients Write relevant goals for client development based on results of the assessments. Available for remote and in-person meetings to collaborate with the team.
