SAP Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Role Description The SAP Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ayer, MA, responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy and coordinating logistics activities using SAP. Daily tasks include monitoring stock levels, processing inventory movements, reconciling discrepancies, and generating reports to support production and distribution planning. The coordinator manages inbound and outbound shipments, prepares documentation, and communicates with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and efficient material flow. This role works closely with production, warehouse, and supply chain staff to optimize inventory, support order fulfillment, and maintain data integrity within SAP. The position also involves identifying process improvements, supporting audits, and adhering to company safety and compliance standards. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies. Effective communication and customer service skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Hands-on experience with inventory management and SAP or similar ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment processes. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis. Experience in beverage, food, or related manufacturing environments is a plus. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN AYER MASSACHUSETTS.
