IT TechnicianLocation: Twinsburg OH 44087Duration: 10/19/2026 to 04/17/2027Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.50 an hour Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.Must Haves:Strong attention to detailMust be able to multi-taskGood mechanical aptitudeWill train the right candidate how to do the jobPosition Summary:This position provides staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific Client store hardware plus maintain accurate asset tracking records in Client inventory system. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipmentDuties:Administer asset tracking using Client software systems.Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific Client store hardware.Process all applicable warranty claims.Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.Experience:Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred.
