Machine Operator Putnam, CT Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Training will take place on the 1st shift from 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM. Monitor machine performance and coating quality, making real-time adjustments. Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and cleanups to maximize efficiency. Mix and prepare adhesive formulations using mechanical equipment. Inspect products for quality defects and ensure production standards are met. Use material handling equipment (forklifts, hoists, pallet jacks) to move materials. Work safely with industrial chemicals and solvents (MEK, Toluene). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and assist with laminating operations and production support.
