We partner with experts across the industry, guided by empathy and insight, to advance health for everyone.The impact you'll make in this roleAs a Production Packer, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.This role works an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $22.26/hour plus shift differentials.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine ratesPerforming tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specificationsSupporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished productsEnsuring you own safety by following all related policiesPossessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.We're building a pipeline of talent for this role and will consider applicants for current and upcoming opportunities as they become available.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)OR1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role"Nice to Have" Qualifications:Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability)Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as neededWork Location: Onsite - 601 22nd Ave S, Brookings, SD 57006-2821Travel: Not required for this positionRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedLegal & ComplianceMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Manufacturing Operations:This position sits within Solventum's Manufacturing Operations, specifically at one of our global production facilities, where our teams play a hands-on role in bringing life-changing healthcare solutions to life.
