Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments for students experiencing speech-language disorders Develop and implement individualized, student-focused treatment plans Guide engaging therapy sessions with clear, targeted goals Carefully track and document progress, ensuring compliance with each student's plan Collaborate closely with educators, special services staff, and families to ensure holistic support Empower families with education and resources to foster progress beyond the classroom Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Hold or be eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; accepting strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations highly desirable Exceptional communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor Adept at working independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team You’ll also have access to a comprehensive network of peers and advisory professionals dedicated to helping you thrive.
