Team Leader Part Time Management • El Paso, TX, US Salary Range: $12.00 To $13.00 Hourly Job Summary The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating hospitality, FLOOR LEADER skills, and a positive work environment. Essential Functions Act as a manager / assistant manager with daily operations, overseeing employee activities, and other tasks. Support business operations and policy adherence. Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues through customer relations. Oversee and monitor methods of loss prevention, including the protection of company assets. Assist in training and development of new sales associates. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have a high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service skills. Demonstrates proficiency in personal computers and company communication tools (e.g., email, internet, Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook).
