AV Taxi Rides is currently hiring a Communications Assistant for an immediate start opportunity in Baton Rouge. This position supports daily communication efforts, customer coordination, and administrative operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer communication via phone and email
• Respond to transportation service inquiries professionally
• Help maintain accurate communication and scheduling records
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service teams
• Assist with preparing internal updates and customer information
• Perform general office support tasks as assigned
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary Range

$19 – $30 per hour
