Sales Associate
Palm Beach Tan
We are seeking outgoing, energetic, positive sales associates to accurately represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. Benefits Employee discounts Flexible schedule Training & development Responsibilities Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with all company and legal requirements Maintain a clean and organized salon Handle cash and perform opening/closing procedures Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum age 18 Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in retail or customer service environment Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day) Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends LST Austin, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
