Marketing Data Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), to play a pivotal role in driving data-informed marketing strategies through the development of scalable analytics solutions, reporting frameworks, and actionable business insights. This role is responsible for managing digital measurement and tracking capabilities, transforming complex data into meaningful visualizations, and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate marketing performance, optimize customer experiences, and support strategic decision-making. Success in this position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, data governance awareness, and strong collaboration skills to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. This will be a hybrid position in St Louis Park MN - 4 days onsite, one day remote. Experience Required Years building data visualizations, dashboards, and reports Years with Google Analytics, including 1+ year with GA4 Years with Google Tag Manager and digital measurement Years with Google BigQuery and GoogleSQL Years with data modeling, segmentation, and warehousing Proficiency with BigQuery, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis methodologies Strong experience with relational databases, query optimization, and design Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau EEO Language: We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
