Company CDL-A Truck Driver - Job Overview

• Pay built to add up. Base pay starts at 68CPM, and the top 25% of drivers on this fleet earn $1,900 per week, or $98,000+ per year, with a 3CPM safety and on-time bonus on top.*
• Get paid to get started. Earn a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid out at $125 per week for 12 weeks, plus $500 in orientation pay. Veterans with a valid DD214 may qualify for an additional bonus.
• Home time you can count on. Get home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset. Reset timing follows the freight schedule and may not always land on a weekend.
• Freight that keeps you moving. Run dedicated freight across VA, PA, MD, SC, and NJ with backhauls built into the account. Freight runs both days and nights, and about half of all loads are drop and hook.
• Peak season heads up. This account runs a 6-day workweek during peak periods, including mandatory weekend coverage in August and again from November through January.
• Coverage that backs you up. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and holiday pay.
• Modern equipment. Drive 2022 to 2026 model trucks, with newer models available in select hiring areas while supplies last.
• Referral pay that adds up. Earn $4,500 per qualifying referral, with no cap on how many you can refer.

1099 CDL-A Truck Driver - Job Overview

• Pay built for your business. Run at $1.30/mi plus FSC on all miles, averaging $1,700 per week, with the top 25% of contractors on this fleet earning $2,000+ per week, or $104,000+ per year. Rate includes a 10CPM safety and on-time bonus.*
• Get paid to get started. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid out as $3,800 over your first 12 weeks, then $100 per week for another 12 weeks. Add $500 in orientation pay, plus a bonus for veterans with a valid DD214.
• Home time you can count on. Get home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset. Reset timing follows the freight schedule and may not always land on a weekend.

• Company: 6 months recent OTR experience
